1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Player”, or “you”) and Corvex Company Limited (“Corvex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications, mobile games (collectively, “Corvex Games and Apps”), and our official corporate website at corvexgames.com (together, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any Corvex Games and Apps or browsing our website, you expressly agree that you have read, understood, and consented to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must cease usage and uninstall our applications immediately.
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we gather, process, and safeguard your information.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your country of residence to consent to digital services without parental authorization) to access or use Corvex Games and Apps.
Notice to Parents & Legal Guardians:
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor between the age of 16 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of such minor and assume full responsibility for their compliance and in-app transactions. Children under 16 are strictly prohibited from using our Services.
3. Limited License & Intellectual Property
Subject to your adherence to these Terms, Corvex Company Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and play Corvex Games and Apps on devices that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
All Intellectual Property Belongs to Corvex: All software, code, animations, characters, gameplay concepts, artwork, audio tracks, sound effects, visual themes, branding, and trademarks incorporated in our Services are the exclusive property of Corvex Company Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on our games without our express written authorization.
4. User Accounts & Third-Party Sign-In
Certain games and features allow you to link an external account (such as Apple ID or Google Play Games) or create a player profile to synchronize your gameplay progress across devices and safeguard your data.
Account Responsibility
You are solely accountable for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device and login credentials. Any actions, purchases, or interactions undertaken through your account are deemed to be performed by you.
No Account Transfers
Player accounts and credentials are strictly personal. You may not buy, sell, trade, rent, or transfer your game account or virtual progress to any other individual or service.
5. In-App Purchases & Virtual Goods
Corvex Games and Apps may offer you the opportunity to license virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems, tokens) or virtual items (e.g., cosmetic skins, power-ups, boosts, level passes) through in-app purchases (“Virtual Goods”).
No Real-World Monetary Value
Virtual Goods represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license exclusively for in-game use. They have no real-world monetary worth and can never be cashed out, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, goods, or real-world services.
Platform Billing & Refund Policies
All in-app purchases are billed and processed directly through the applicable platform operator (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective payment terms. Except where required by applicable statutory consumer protection laws, all purchases are final and non-refundable once consummated.

To keep our games dynamic, balanced, and secure, Corvex reserves the right to update, patch, modify, or balance game features, virtual items, attributes, and gameplay mechanics at our sole discretion without prior notification.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free uptime. The Services may occasionally undergo scheduled or emergency server maintenance, network downtime, or retirement of older game versions.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Corvex Company Limited reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services if you violate these Terms, cheat, tamper with game code, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Upon account termination for cause, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you will forfeit all accumulated game progress, leaderboard rankings, and Virtual Goods without any right to compensation or refund.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Warranty Disclaimer (“AS-IS”)
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CORVEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF BUGS, VIRUSES, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CORVEX COMPANY LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR IN-GAME ITEMS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CORVEX DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law & Amendments
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms: We may revise, update, or modify these Terms periodically to reflect product updates, statutory requirements, or company policy changes. Your continued use of Corvex Games and Apps following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the amendments.
